For safety, comfort, and limited space, I kindly ask that no children or additional guests attend your appointment unless previously approved.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled.
Clients who fail to show up without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
If your lash extensions are excessively grown out or less than 40–50% of your lashes remain, your appointment will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are experiencing any contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are required for all services and are non-refundable. Deposits will go toward your total service cost.
